Managing Director & CEO
Adarsh Kumar is the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Flamingo Infinite and comes with three decades of experience in banking, financial services & insurance sector. Adarsh is a seasoned industry veteran renowned for his profound knowledge in retail finance, corporate lending, insurance, business processes and operations. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to engineer and direct corporate governance, risk management best practices and successfully scaled businesses across multiple geographies while managing diverse workforces and complexities.
Adarsh’s unwavering passion lies in leveraging digital technologies, robust processes and continuous transformation to foster business growth. He possesses a keen understanding of the dynamic trends shaping the modern business landscape, seamlessly incorporating them into his strategies for building thriving enterprises.
Adarsh held senior leadership roles in Tata Group, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup & General Motors Group. He is also the MD & CEO of We Win Ltd, a listed public limited company and a leading BPO in government sector. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Delhi. He has continuously upgraded his skills through Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Wharton School, Ohio University, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur & ISB Hyderabad.

Deepak Kumar

Deepak Kumar is the former Executive Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India and LIC Housing Finance, as well as the former General Manager & Company Secretary of LIC of India, International, Bahrain. Deepak holds a graduate degree in Economics and a master's in Sociology from Delhi University, along with Management Development Programs from ISB Hyderabad and MDI Gurgaon.
Deepak’s expertise is in life insurance, housing finance, marketing, operations, business processes, finance and corporate governance.
Mohit Nawany
Director
Mohit Nawany is the Managing Director at ASL Logistics and Chief Operating Officer of the Nawany Group of Companies. Prior to starting his career as a serial entrepreneur, he worked with Larson & Toubro Ltd. Mohit has been facilitated with Apollo CV Award in 2024 as Small Truck Fleet Operator and received Mahindra Transport Excellence Youth Transport Personality Award as National Runner-up in 2018. Mohit holds a degree in Civil Engineering along with Management Programs from IIM Ahmedabad.
Mohit’s expertise is in investing, logistics, supply chain and real estate. As an investor from a distinguished Family Office and a seasoned serial entrepreneur, Mohit's insights are invaluable to our strategic initiatives.
Prof. Shailaja Jha
Director
Prof. Shailaja Jha is the Professor of Information Management & Analytics at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR). She has been a corporate veteran before her transition to academia. She was the Global Technology & Delivery Head of L&T Infotech and has held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Infosys and Wipro. Before her corporate innings, she had cleared the prestigious civil services examination of UPSC and served the Government of India for almost a decade. Prof. Shailaja Jha is a Certified Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and also serves on the board of Puravankara Ltd and Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd. She has done Master of Management Studies in Information Technology from BITS Pilani and is currently pursuing Doctoral Program in management from ISB Hyderabad.
Prof Shailaja Jha’s expertise is in technology & digital strategy, transformation, cyber security, product management, talent and leadership. She specialises in technology, consumer goods, media and entertainment sectors.

Prabir Jha is the Founder & CEO of Prabir Jha People Advisory, offering strategic HR advice and executive coaching worldwide and is a much followed leader on social media. Prabir was Member of HR Advisory Board for Reserve Bank of India and has held senior leadership roles as Global CHRO of Reliance Industries, Tata Motors, Cipla and Dr Reddy’s. Before his corporate innings, he had cleared the prestigious civil services examination of UPSC and served the Government of India for almost a decade. Pratap Singh is a Corporate Advisor to Banks, NBFC & Fintech based at London and former Head of ICICI Bank for UK & Europe. Pratap also held senior leadership roles in ICICI Bank India, Citigroup and was the founding member of Fullerton India (now SMFG). Rahul Mallick has over three decades of experience spanning leadership roles in large and diverse organisations, across banking and financial services. Rahul is the CEO of the Fintech Business at Stellapps Technologies and former Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Home Finance, former Managing Director of GMAC Financial Services India and former CEO of Retail Financial Services at Jana Small Finance Bank. Rohit Lal is the Managing Director of Skyll.Me, a skill development company focused on BFSI sector and is also into Consulting in the BFSI space. Rohit has held senior leadership roles at Accenture, FirstRand Bank, ICICI Bank, Citigroup & Titan Industries in the past. He was the Managing Director with Accenture India in his last role. Rohit holds an engineering degree from IIT, Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM, Calcutta.

Pawan holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB).
Pawan’s expertise is in recovery litigation, collection strategy, debt restructuring, criminal & consumer litigation, corporate legal, litigation risk, corporate material litigation, drafting & vetting of documents and legal notice process management. At Flamingo Infinite, Pawan heads the legal services vertical.
