Shyam Mani is the Non-Executive Chairman of Flamingo Infinite. Formerly, he served as the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Motors Finance, Managing Director of Tata Motors Finance Solutions, Managing Director of TMF Holdings, Managing Director of Tata Business Support Services, Chairman of Tata Motors Insurance Broking, and Audit Committee Chairman of Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery. With extensive experience in financial services, automotive, consumer durables and BPO industries, Shyam Mani holds a B.Tech. degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Kanpur.
Renowned for his strategic acumen, he excels in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering organizational growth, and orchestrating turnarounds.

Adarsh Kumar is the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Flamingo Infinite and comes with three decades of experience in banking, financial services & insurance sector. Adarsh is a seasoned industry veteran renowned for his profound knowledge in retail finance, corporate lending, insurance, business processes and operations. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to engineer and direct corporate governance, risk management best practices and successfully scaled businesses across multiple geographies while managing diverse workforces and complexities.
Adarsh’s unwavering passion lies in leveraging digital technologies, robust processes and continuous transformation to foster business growth. He possesses a keen understanding of the dynamic trends shaping the modern business landscape, seamlessly incorporating them into his strategies for building thriving enterprises.
Adarsh held Managing Director/ C-suite roles in We Win Ltd, Tata Group, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup & General Motors Group. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Delhi. He has continuously upgraded his skills through Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Wharton School, Ohio University, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur & ISB Hyderabad.

Amit Malik is the President of Asia Pacific, Australia & Japan for WadzPay and former MD & CEO of Aviva Life Insurance. Amit held C-suite positions in ABN AMRO Bank, American Express & GlaxoSmithKline. Amit holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University, along with management programs from Cornell University, Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Amit’s expertise is in banking & life insurance, human resources, business strategy & transformation, change management, digital strategy, operations and customer service.
Deepak Kumar

Deepak Kumar is the former Executive Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India and LIC Housing Finance, as well as the former General Manager & Company Secretary of LIC of India, International, Bahrain. Deepak holds a graduate degree in Economics and a master's in Sociology from Delhi University, along with Management Development Programs from ISB Hyderabad and MDI Gurgaon.
Deepak’s expertise is in life insurance, housing finance, marketing, operations, business processes, finance and corporate governance.
Mohit Ashok Nawany

Mohit Ashok Nawany is the Managing Director at ASL Logistics and Chief Operating Officer of the Nawany Group of Companies. Prior to starting his career as a serial entrepreneur, he worked with Larson & Toubro Ltd. Mohit has been facilitated with Apollo CV Award in 2024 as Small Truck Fleet Operator and received Mahindra Transport Excellence Youth Transport Personality Award as National Runner-up in 2018. Mohit holds a degree in Civil Engineering along with Management Programs from IIM Ahmedabad.

Prof. Shailaja Jha
Director
Prof. Shailaja Jha is the Professor of Information Management & Analytics at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR). She has been a corporate veteran before her transition to academia. She was the Global Technology & Delivery Head of L&T Infotech and has held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Infosys and Wipro. Before her corporate innings, she had cleared the prestigious civil services examination of UPSC and served the Government of India for almost a decade. Prof. Shailaja Jha is a Certified Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and also serves on the board of Puravankara Ltd and Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd. She has done Master of Management Studies in Information Technology from BITS Pilani and is currently pursuing Doctoral Program in management from ISB Hyderabad.
Prof Shailaja Jha’s expertise is in technology & digital strategy, transformation, cyber security, product management, talent and leadership. She specialises in technology, consumer goods, media and entertainment sectors.

Rahul Mallick has over three decades of experience spanning leadership roles in large and diverse organisations, across banking and financial services. Rahul is the CEO of the Fintech Business at Stellapps Technologies and former Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Home Finance, former Managing Director of GMAC Financial Services India and former CEO of Retail Financial Services at Jana Small Finance Bank. Rahul holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business along with Management Development Programs from The Wharton School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Prabir Kumar Jha is the Founder & CEO of Prabir Jha People Advisory, offering strategic HR advice and executive coaching worldwide and is a much followed leader on social media. Prabir was Member of HR Advisory Board for Reserve Bank of India and has held senior leadership roles as Global CHRO of Reliance Industries, Tata Motors, Cipla and Dr Reddy’s. Before his corporate innings, he had cleared the prestigious civil services examination of UPSC and served the Government of India for almost a decade. He has some prestigious awards to his name including the Director’s Medal at Civil Services Foundation Course, Citibank Leader’s Award, Reckitt & Coleman Award and XLRI Distinguished Alumni Award. Rohit Lal is the Managing Director of Skyll.Me, a skill development company focused on BFSI sector and is also into Consulting in the BFSI space. Rohit has held senior leadership roles at Accenture, FirstRand Bank, ICICI Bank, Citigroup & Titan Industries in the past. He was the Managing Director with Accenture India in his last role. Rohit holds an engineering degree from IIT, Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM, Calcutta.

Jawahar’s expertise is in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, treasury management, audit & internal controls, process automation & optimisation, taxation, ERP implementation and technology integration. At Flamingo Infinite, Jawahar wears the strategic hat to manage & drive finance, accounts, fund raising, treasury, M&A, joint venture initiatives, compliance and investor relations on a global scale.

Mayank Shyam Thatte is the CFO, bringing over two decades of experience in finance, risk management, and strategic leadership across the banking, NBFC, and fintech sectors. Known for his sharp financial acumen and ability to align capital strategies with business growth, he has led cross-functional teams across finance, risk, product, and compliance functions at leading institutions.
Before co-founding Flamingo Infinite, Mayank held CFO roles at Rupyy (CarDekho Group), Aye Finance, Electronica Finance, Asirvad Micro Finance, and Karvy Financial Services. His earlier career spans impactful roles at ICICI Bank, Tata Motors Finance, and DCB Bank, where he shaped risk and product frameworks for retail and commercial vehicle finance. He also brings board-level perspective through his role as a Director at Girnar Capital.

Prior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Vidyadhar was a serial entrepreneur instrumental in setting up and acquiring businesses from the healthcare sector in the USA, namely medical transcription, medical billing & coding, and teleradiology. He is also a stalwart in enterprise IT strategy, IT policy formulation, and IT-enabled services. Vidyadhar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Manipal University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, USA.
Vidyadhar’s expertise spans digital technology, information security & design, management of IT infrastructure, call center operations, processing center operations, implementation of enterprise & cloud-based solutions, aligning technology with business objectives, business process re-engineering, and automation. Formerly the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Flamingo Infinite, Vidyadhar transitioned to the role of Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer for Processing Center to spearhead and oversee overall operations, optimize processes, and ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
